The Pendleton King Park Foundation is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization. All contributions are tax deductible to the fullest extent allowed by law.
We know that our donors have different reasons for contributing, and we have several options for giving. We are very grateful for our donors in making Pendleton King Park flourish.
- Mail a check to Pendleton King Park Foundation., P.O. Box 40113, Augusta, GA 30909.
- Donate in memory or honor of a loved one. When you make a gift in honor of, in memory of or in tribute to a loved one, we will send the honoree or the family of the memorialized person a special card notifying them of your gift. Please indicate below the name of the honoree (or memorialized person) as well as the name and address to whom the tribute notification card should be mailed.
- Give a gift of stock. For wire transfer instructions, or any other information regarding stock gifts, please contact Anne Johnson at 706 733-0871.
- Consider a planned gift. Your planned gift establishes a legacy at the Park and helps to preserve the Park for future generations. It can also offer you and your family substantial financial benefits and tax savings.
What are the Types of Planned Gifts?
The most popular planned gift is a bequest. Suggested language is:
I give, devise or bequeath (the sum of / a percentage of / the residue of) my estate to the Pendleton King Park Foundation, Augusta Georgia, its successor or successors, for the unrestricted support of the mission of the Foundation’s mission.
Other types of planned gifts include: charitable gift annuities, charitable trusts, gifts of retirement assets and gifts of life insurance. These gifts all have different income or estate tax savings. The important thing is to find a gift that fits your philanthropic and tax needs.
